We’d love to have you join us as a consignor!  All consignors will get to shop early at our Consignor Pre-Sale!  Our Consignor Pre-Sale for the spring sale will be Thursday night, November 15th from 6:00pm-7:30pm.  If you would like to consign with us, please let me know as soon as possible.  You may send me an email  to  You are responsible for pricing your items, putting them on hangers, and dropping them off on Wednesday in the Hamilton Auditorium Building between 5:00-8:00pm.

Please remember spending quality time on preparation and presentation will guarantee more earnings for you.    After we screen your clothing/shoes for “gently used” items (no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.), you will put them directly onto the racks.

You will need to have a 3×5  index card safety pinned to each piece of clothing. The size of the item (if clothing) must be written in the upper right hand corner, a description of the item (in case the tag falls off) in the center of the card, price in the bottom right corner and seller number in the bottom left corner. . We suggest pricing your items at 20%-40% of the original cost, depending on the quality of the item.  Please price your items in 50 cents or dollar increments.

Please note that Saturday all remaining items will be 50% off. If you do not want your items to be sold at half price, you must note this on your registration form and pick up your items Friday November 16th 5:00-6:00pm or Saturday 8:00-9:00am (note this on your registration form)

Group small items together in a ziploc bag and tape the index card to the outside of the bag (socks, onesies, hair bows, rattles, etc.)  Non-clothing items will need to be securely taped with the index card.  All toys must be in working condition (with batteries).  Larger items, such as swings and bouncy seats, will sell better if they are on display. When a customer buys your item, we keep the index card for our records.  This is how we will keep track of each consignor’s earnings.

There is a $10.00 consignor fee, regardless of the number of items you bring.  You may pick up your unsold items on Saturday after the sale.  Pick-Up will be between 12:00pm and 1:00pm on Saturday November 17th.  Any items left after 1:00pm will be donated to the Pasadena Community Church outreach ministry Angel Tree, which reaches out and helps families from St. Pete College, Sallie House and families from our ESOL class.
